Using Outlook Bridge 2.0 in Office 365

Using Outlook Bridge 2.0 in Office 365 is functionally the same as in Outlook. The only difference is where the link to open the program is located.

 

Once you have logged in, the appropriate screen will appear, depending on if you choose to add an action to an existing ticket, update a different ticket, or as shown below, log a new ticket.

  • If you have logged in previously, the Bridge will try to match the sender of the email to a known End User in Revelation. If no user is found, it will log it to your company and to you. You will be able to change the Client/End User as needed.
